Received a letter stating that I was the winner of the Publishing Clearing House sweepstakes. IDD sent several letters requesting $20.00 processing fees in order to deliver my prize. After I didn't respond to the 3rd letter, they sent another one new stating that if they don't hear from me that my prize would be given to the next winner.
