My company received an email that I was invoiced for annual subscription fees of $490.00.
few days later "Data Register Pte Ltd" sent a tax invoice requesting me to enter information into the "Company Register Pte Ltd" website. Thought that it was from ACRA and the company logo bears the lion crest, I entered all the required information into their systems.
2 months later, I received the $490 bill payment! This is a fraud, please investigate, I believe I am not the first one to be cheated...
The charges are not highlighted during register time and not mention from their term and condition.
ACRA, Please advise me what to do. I called, emailed and even sramed at "Data Register Pte Ltd" customer service, mobile phone: 82923428 & +65 3158 2647 no one pick up call.
