We were apprehensive, but still signed the "contract".
Within one day we faxed and sent by certified letter our request to cancel and send our money back. We notified Visa also and the "home" office. After over a year of pleading because of a financial setback and health issues, we have yet to get any resolution to our request. As per Texas law they did not provide two copies of recission nor the cooling-off period allowed by SC. We followed their instructions for refund and have received only a letter from their so-called attorney, no refund. We have been threatened and treated like no customer ever should!.
Do not get involved with these scammers as they cannot deliver anything they promise or imply. They exist in areas with consumer protection laws lax enough to allow them to steal honest people's money without delivering the product, as they call themselves a "service".
