They delay the shipment so that you miss out on the 30 day trial n then they charge you. And when you call after 30 days then they say they will cancel the account but still send you another shipment n charge u saying that u missed the deadline so the second shipment is in its way.
The CSR do not talk to you professionally. I called to get the RMA so I cdn send the product back n they keep hanging up.
Email reply is an auto generated one to check the terms n conditions. I have proof that I did not recieve the item till after 30 days from ordering. But they don't wanna know.
Please help.
