This company called my mobile back in December and did a great selling job over the phone. Unfortunately nothing happened after a few weeks and I called their office to complain on the 12 Jan. They confirmed no service had been provided and a full refund would take place after " her manager confirms it is ok to refund". This was confirmed on the 13th and I was told I would have to wait for anything up to 28 days to get my money, although they took my money ASAP!! After several phone calls I have now been told to write in to their manager "to speed things along" although they confirm they are wrong, the refund has been sanctioned but someone doesn't want to push the go button. They never do what they say, ring back etcetera and I am really annoyed I got sucked into their stupid game. At least they are not taking £80 a month which is what they wanted to do.!!
