I bought Chuzzle Deluxe, but it will not load. I contacted Customer Service, and did everything they suggested, but it still won't load. Finally, I requested a refund. They promised I would get it, but after almost 3 weeks, it still has not occurred. Now they won't even answer my e-mails! So, they've stolen my $9.99. They better NOT double-bill me as I've read they have done to other customers!
