I have cancelled this subscription since January...since then they have deducted the amount of $49 3 times. I went onto the ir website last month and again cancelled the subscription. 3 days later they deducted another amount of $49 and today they have done the same.
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE. They do not have a contaqct mail address, phone number and one can only access the website to cancel. This I have done, to no avail.
Kindly assist.
