I ordered the product, I recived it January 30th, I started taking about 2 weeks later, Ater taking the first time, as recomended, I was a little shakey, after 3 days it did not go away,I then cut down to 1 time a day, it was still there then I cut to ever 3rd day. the shaking continued so I discontinued product. One day later I had a seizure. Never had one in my life before. My son called 911 and ambulance came. It took 2 weeks to confirm it was this product that caused it. I simply called the company to return product and refund. They were very rude. First offerred $26.00, then 59.99 then finally 123.00 for a $148.00 purchase. One bottle was supposed to be free. I have 4 unopened bottles and one partially used bottle. I was told it was more than 30 days from order so they could not help me by floor manger Kevin #38530. I ask to speak to someone with the authority to refund my money.He refused and sid he did not have a boos and nothing would happen to him, he could not be fired. It took more than 30days to identify the cause of reaction, to be sure. I am a medical practioner Doctor, and Natural pathic practioner and a previous pharmacist. I carry a ton of malpractice, and give very good customer service or I would have a lawsuit and no practice. I have been doing this for 30+ years. I simply want to return the product and have my $148.00 refunded. I know the company is making enough money this will not cause bankruptcy! I will not stop here, I please request that you give authority to refund my money and we will be done, happy customer.
