My dell computer was only two days old and when I turned it on it said it is crashing and to call this number 1-800-676-8695 so my husband did and they said he only has about 45 minutes to do so or computer would be crashed. So my husband did this and was charged $149.00. I called and spoke with Sunny Moore and he said he would refund us our $149.00. It has been a month and I am being told my several people that answer the phone that it is being processed. So today I call and was told that funds had trouble going back into my account, so they are mailing me a check. I looked them up today and found out that others have been scammed by Viper Marketing as well. Will never get my $149.00 back. First time ever to be scammed and I am very upset. Beware of this company!
