I have order the sample online on 9th Jan via my credit card account. Cost of the sample is US$7.15. I received the statement from my banker and found that their are several debits from my account on 9th Jan $7.15, 27th Jan 89.15, 28th Jan 97.10, 27 Feb 97.10.
I have never received any sample from you.
I am very angry why you could steal my money from my account. I have told my banker to cancel my credit card now. Please check and refund the money to me immediately.
This is so horrible.
