"I was looking to change hosting companies and came across myresellerhome.com. The company offered everything I needed for a much lower price than the company I was currently using for my hosting. The second reason I decided to try myresellerhome.com was because they offered a 30 day money back guarantee. I didn't think I could go wrong; however, I was wrong. Within 3 days of creating and paying for the hosting account, I started having trouble. SUPER slow loading on cpanel, domain names, errors on wordpress sites. I think there were about 5-7 issues in all. I tried to speak to the chat rep but when he started working on the problem, more problems showed up. I told him I wanted a refund as per the money back guarantee and, finally, he told me I needed to submit a billing ticket.
