Took personal information such as my social security, birthday and student loan PIN.They had access to my account and new how much I owed.
They say that they are working with the Department of Education for student loan forgiveness.
You can start with a $0.00 payment which will increase to a max of $200 as income goes up. After you've made a payment of $20,000, your student loan will be forgiven.
All you need to do is pay $500 filing fee... Then I told them I had to go.
I can't believe I gave my social security, student loan PIN and other personal information over the phone... Federal Student Aid tells you to never share your PIN!
I'm contacting the credit bureau to place a credit alert right away just in case.
