Paid for a next day service to be delivered before 5pm to the office. They did a good job of updating me with texts and emails but at ten to five there was no sign of the package so I tried to contact them. Instead of answering calls or having a support desk they have an automated system where all the options available tell you no more than there website tells you, then says good bye and ends the call. A couple of hours later they sent me a text to say that there was nobody in when they tried to deliver the package, but this was not accurate - there were people in the office all evening. The text chat box on their website continually says unavailable so that wasn't an option either. Very frustrating - they should have let me know what was going on instead of keeping me guessing all that time.
