I thought I was coming up on my warranty being expired and received alot of letters and calls. I took a call from Omnisure that had SRB vehicle protection center give me a quote and the manager offered me a lower rate. I thought it was accurate with the email confirmation and now that I purchased a new car, the representative hung up on me. When I called back, asked me why I wanted to cancel, asked me for new car information force me to continue service. I explained that I no longer needed the service. The representative said I was not being an smart consumer about my decision. I just want to cancel service and I can't believe the customer service I received. I want to cancel the service completely.
