I've ordered through this company before, I and received my products, so there was not a doubt in my mind when I ordered from them again last month.
This time however, I never received my products. I've tried to contact them via email twice, with no reply. I found it odd that the first email I sent, I received an auto reply from them saying the email was received, but the second time I sent them the email, I got not nothing.
I've been reading reviews from other consumers who have the same problem, but not too many. So, is it just a system default that our orders didn't go through and this is a legit company? Or, is this company a fraud?
