Last fall I downloaded the trial of avast Nexway security. On 1/8/15 I was charged 49.99 for the upgraded security. I called and told the person that it had been offered for 29.99. I was told I would be refunded the 49.99 which never happened. Then on 2/04/15 the charge of 29.99 was paid. Now there is another charge of 34.99 that was paid 3/19/15. So far I have paid 114.97 for software I was offered for 29.99. I live on a small SS check and cannot afford this. Can someone help me?
