This website claim to help students I had problem with a project and I contact this website globalwebtutors.com and a the chat operator told me that the have the best people for my project and I did give them the money the agreement was that they going to delver the project with in 10 days but I tried to contact them with no luck and I did go to Paypal I opened a dispute with a day I finally received a massage from globalwebtutors.com telling me to cancel the dispute or they will stop working on the project I did not cancel the dispute but Paypal told me this kind of service is not covered from 9/2/2015 until to day 21/3/2015 I did not get my money so be careful from this kind of website.
