Azani Medical Spa advertises that they inject Botox. I set an appointment and they lied to me, saying they don't have Botox they have Dysport, which is "just like botox but better." Why is it better? "It's cheaper and it works faster and longer."
I have gotten botox for 9 years, every 3 months without fail. I can tell you I have never paid over $650 for Botox injections. This girl tried to run a scam by saying Dysport was only $5 or 6 per unit, verses $10-13 with Botox. However, she failed to disclose that you need way more units of Dysport than with Botox. When I asked how many units I needed, she tried to distract me and breeze over the question. The Dysport came out to $839.08, which is way more than Botox ever cost. I do not think that they even injected me with the amount they charged me with because I saw the empty syringes. They did not mix the product in front of me, verifying the new vial. And it only lasted 6 weeks, whereas Botox lasts almost 4 months in my face. In addition, the nurse did not even wash her hands or change her gloves and they smelled like onions. This place is gross, dishonest and they owe me my money back before I really file complaints and expose them! I had to go get my botox redone in early March for $520.00.
