I thought
I was purchasing 5 bottles of a weight reducing medication called "carallum". The website stated that under plan I you would purchase 3 bottles and get 2 other bottles free for $29+, a total of approx. $90. However, when I looked at my confirmation e-mail it showed the as being $199.50. When I called the company, they said each of three bottles cost $66+. When I tried to cancel the order they said that it had already been shipped and could not be canceled. I have called my credit card company and put the transaction in dispute. I found on the BBB site that nutrasupport.net has had 34 complaints recently and have not addressed any of them. Also, the BBC stated that the company was not a member and gave it an "F" rating. When the shipment arrives, I plan to return ìt without opening it. Hopefully, my dispute will work out in my favor.
