I checked my bank account this morning and find I have a charge via an electronic check. I search around and see that it is from the company Saving Makes Money. I called upwards of 8 times to try and get them to refund my money. The only way that they are willing to do so is if I send them a bank account statement. I asked multiple times to speak with a supervisor only to have one call me back and spout of the same scripted BS. It wouldn't add insult to injury so much if every single agent that I spoke to wasn't incredible hard to understand, rude, talked over me, and periodically hung up on me once they "have done their job" I assume that this happened because I signed up for a payday loan and they bought the information from one of those companies. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am thinking of starting a class action lawsuit with them. Not to mention contacting the police in their area as they say they have my IP address that was supposedly used the date in question. The date of "purchase" was physically impossible as well since I spent an upwards of 12 hours playing video games since it was my day off. The only time I used my account that day was to buy food. This company has sent my account into the negatives and they must be stopped. All of us who have ever been ripped off by them (and can prove it)need to band together and fight back. They can't just do things like this.
