I purchased a product online on November 21st 2014, the product never arrived. Since then I have emailed and called them regularly, and they have agreed to a refund.
However, they no longer answer my emails, and when i do call I usually get cut off.
They have pro used to call me back and arrange the refund but never do.
It's been almost five months now, and I still want my $160 back.
