My iPhone 5 was quoted at $185. It wasn’t brand new, but as far as did it work ok, it was perfect. I know cosmetic damages however small do affect a phone’s value, so I was pretty happy with the offer. I took them up on it without really looking into the company first. My mistake. It’s supposed to be fast cash, but it took about four days before I heard from them and that was only because I had followed up. Then their customer service rep told me it was still being processed. I had gotten a response at least. After another couple of days I received an email with a new offer of $115. I’m no expert, but I doubt it takes $70 to take care of mild scratches. After that it was a matter of getting a hold of them again. It was difficult and time consuming, and when I was finally able to speak with someone to reject the offer, they told me I basically lied about its condition, so no deal. In the end, they sent me another $30, which I had no choice but to accept. Lousy company.
