I received a quote of $503 for my brand new, in the box, never been use, iPhone 6 Plus. I then received an email from CASHFORIPHONES.COM offering me $80 for this phone. I replied to the email letting them know I did not accept this offer. I also called the company and spoke with Melanie (wouldn't tell me her last name) in the Purchasing Department. I told her I did not accept the offer of $80 and to send my phone back. She said she didn't have to send my phone back and that $80 was the offer. Once again, I told her I did not accept this offer. She then offered me an additional $120 for a total of $200. I again told her I did not accept this and to send my phone back. She said that she would not send my phone back and then hung up on me. After reading the terms and conditions listed on the website I called back and informed her that Section F states that I have 5 days to reject the offer and they will send the phone back. Melanie, who refused to give me her last name and claimed she is the supervisor, told me that on March 30, 2015, when I filled out the form online that was not their terms and conditions. They apparently changed the terms & conditions since March 30, 2015. She claimed I agreed to accept the $200, that the check has been made, and that the phone would not be sent back. I argued that I had not agreed to this and she hung up on me again.
