I made an order from this company under the representation of one Balan Wu. of the following goods;

-1x Hp Revolve 810 G2?F1J34AV?: 11.6 inches i7 256GB
-1x Samsung 450R4J-X06 14"i5 500GB
-2 x iPhone 6 Plus 64GB
-1 x iPhone 6 Plus 128GB
I trusted this person because when i requested for a proforma invoice, he forwarded it to me with other company documents.Since Monday 21/04/2015, i have tried to communicate with this person but all my emails are not being answered and i therefore suspect this is a scammers.He is using www.bestsourcesz.com but the site is now down. I have googled and found that he is using another company named Shenzhen South Digital Limited and it's web is www.szsouthdigital.com.
This person is not good. Is there way people like Balan Wu can be stopped from swaddling other people's hard earned money in pretense of selling goods that does not exist?
