I signed a contract with him so limited stating that if I could not get a proper inspection done within 15 days of the contract that I would be able to cancel to which I did within the 15 days to get my deposit back of $500 I still have yet to receive my $500 deposit back and I have took this to the appeals manager who has yet to come back to me and it's been over 2 weeks. the reason why I could not have a proper inspection done to the house I was trying to buy is because the power has been off for over a year and in Duval County Jacksonville Florida the person has to hire an electrician and licensed electrician to inspect the property to which the property inspection failed through the electrician company through the licensed electrician therefore since the inspection failed the licensed electrician company could not contact Jay or the city because they cannot turn on the power until all the electrician problems listed in the paper from the electrician company that I have in my hand had to be fixed in order to turn on the electricity or else or the city would either be a electrocuted or B another problem would occur because the electricity was not safe in the house due to the report from the licensed electrician company. PIMCO Limited has given me the runaround since March 13th and today is April 29th I have yet to get in contact with any person through the phone only email and the emails have stopped since the middle of March after I was denied my deposit and told I had to do an appeal to which my realtor Jason Hartley did the appeal in April and it's the end of April and I still have not heard anything from this company I feel I have been scammed and I feel this company is fraudulent and I keep trying to get my money back every way possible and it just hasn't happened yet I am very disappointed in HUD housing for hiring this company PEMCO limited.
