I paid US $799 as an advance for an email marketing campaign. But the Account Manager Albert Siciliano who was assigned to us never responded to my mails or calls after that. Looks like they just wanted our money!
We escalated the matter to their CEO Patrick also, but so far no response. We are now handing this off to our legal for claiming refund and damages. This company looks like a complete con job, keep your distance!
