Claim to be the National Advertisers Rewards Hotline based in Charlottesville, VA. All 16 people I spoke with (yes, I had fun with them) had strong Indian accents. Say the call is being monitored by BBB. They can't explain why National Advertisers isn't listed on BBB.org. All reps say, "yes, it is" several times and then hang up. One even said I was lying. Can't believe this scam actually works.
