I do not have exact dates but around September of 2014 I attended a free seminar in Elmira NY to get the information about the Doug Clark Real Estate gig. I was very intrigued, we were given enough information to bait us into wanting to find out more. At that time we were given the opportunity to attend a seminar in Scranton PA for the low price of $1997.00 for myself and my husband. The seminar was informative but then again wasn't complete enough to go out and start buying and selling your way to wealth independence. They teach how to deplete your IRA's, 401K's, apply and receive multiple large balance credit cards to "achieve" your base money, and also your first ride down the toilet! They tell you how to activate a card to pay for your deal and if you haven't sold the property activate another card to pay the first card. Not a bad trick until eventually you have to pay back something. At the end of the seminar you can sign up for different "levels" of more "schooling" we signed up for the $30000.00 Platinum Level and left.....Rounding up $30000.00 wasn't quite that easy so we dropped the whole thing....Then on day, November 6, 2014 my phone rings, Shane is on the phone with an offer of a life time....$10000.00 and a personal "coach" "warranty minimum 5 successful deals....I took the bait...how stupid was that? Our coach was great, we had phone conference calls every Monday until we couldn't establish a buyers list and then all the sudden our "coaching" session had come to an end....this is something you can to do in every area, HOG WASH! I am out $11997.00 no 5 minimum deals, no success story, no buyers list....a large debt! Scam artist with silver tongues, how dare them pray on honest people? I want my money back, will I get it......stay tuned!
