I had a month subscription, then cancelled it. Didn't realize I was still being charged for the last 4 months (because the credit card I used I've stopped using). Then I examined the statement, and I've been charged every month since. I don't even remember my username now or password, but I've disputed the last charge. I'll be filing a complaint with my state attorney general's office and the FTC.
