I placed an order on line for an Herb Book. As I was checking out I was offered some herbs for $2.00. Since I plant herbs I fell for the offer. This was placed in April 2015. When I saw the $44 charge on my discover card I could not believe it. It should have been no more than $12! I called to cancel the order and was told it had shipped (lie) and the S&H charge was $33.95. Just received my order (5-28) and it did not ship until 5-19. I can return but will forfeit the S&H charge. If I keep I have an ongoing charge of $6.95 per month for 6 months. I am screwed either way.
