when I was called to confirm offered prices I was busy with a guest at my salon.....I was told it would only take a few minutes to verify the magazines I had ordered and the price they had quoted me.......yes they did that, and because I was busy and distracted.....I missed the fact that they deleted the most important magazine that my clients read! I called them back as soon as I received the written order in the mail, but by then they said they could NOT CHANGE the order because they already submitted the orders to the magazines. I feel like they should have a grace period in so that one can receive the order in writing before having it placed to eliminate just this sort of thing happening.
