I answered an email survey from a company claiming to be representing Chase Bank, which said that upon completing the survey I was entitled to a free gift and only had to pay shipping and handling. 18 days later a charge of $91.81 appeared on my credit card, and the company claimed the free "gift" was a trial offer, and that since I didn't contact them within a 15-day period, I had contractually agreed to pay for the product. They refused to let me talk to a supervisor, and when I asked questions, put me on hold until "I was ready to talk to them." They refused to refund the charge.
