I was taken by the fine print no risk trial offer.I recently got a charge for 79.88 on my account, the bank coulcn't do anything until today, but they let me talk to a rep from this company.
The rep said that they sent a conformation to an email which is not mine. I said then it is null and void. They gave me a tracking number that the bank could not find in the USPS or UPS system.
The rep said that they will send me a new email to confirm, I have not recieved product, nor would I want to. I just want my money back. They said that they will email their address so I can send a product back. I have not received the product that I am charged for, to send it back.
Again the bank cannot confirm the tracking number which the company gave me. I was advised to contact the USPS to start an investigation rather than just getting my money back.
This company is bad word bad word.
