My mother bought a pack n play off this website for my sister off Ibabystar.com. They said the item was in stock and would ship within 7-10 days. Money was withdrawn from her Paypal account but no tracking info was sent. So she emailed them using the contact page asking for tracking info. No response. A couple of days later she emailed the email address linked to their Paypal info and still no reply. We are well over the 7-10 days and no pack n play. Planning to have Paypal refund us. DON"T use this company whatever you do. Their deals ARE to good to be true. I will be sticking with a well known company like AMAZON or BABIES R US in the future.
