When I was virtually trying to buy point or coins for a game that costed 106.00 dollars after maybe an hour they didn't send me the right information to me for the account and I was a little angry but I tried contacting support and they where no help to me they where the most unintelligent people in the world just because they didn't want to help me and they where ending the chats with me and stuff and some didn't even answer so I couldn't get a refund and I also wanted to contact paypal for a claim and it got denied because it was a online product that I couldn't get back so I was angry so after about 19 days I still didn't get a refund and I need the money so I hope you can help me because it is ridiculous.

I just spoke with them and this is their "amazing customer service"
