I wanted to have my bath done by " the #1 remodeling Co in the country" my in-laws have the system and rave about it. My wife and I decided it was time to call bath fitter. Earl came to our home and gave us our estimate. The entire experience was horrible. From the second he stepped into our home he was rude, arrogant and spoke bad about the company. Not good selling techniques. Even after this we still knew that bath fitter was who we wanted to use, again my in laws love it! Once we informed Earl we wanted to do the project but needed a day to get finances situated everything got worse. He informed us he drove over a hour to see us and he "didn't appreciate wasting his time" he also told us that the price would be 10% higher after he left. And I quote " not my rules just the type of company I work for" tho we knew we wanted bath fitter, after this entire experience we have decided against it. The product gets 5 stars, your employees get 0.
