I order a "free" trial of both No2 Factor and Thermomax.com back 9n June 10th for my husband. 3 days later we went to see his liver specialist who said my husband can not take either medication his liver can't handle it. I immediately emailed and cancelled both of them. Now today 6/3/15 I notice not only did I aquire a ton of bounce fees bit my bank account was also charged $44.95 for Thermo and $89.95 for No2 Factor plus an additional al $2.70 international posted fee!!! I called the company and Jan employee #0603007118
