Company advertised item on Facebook as a reduced-price sale price. After shopping in the on-line store, I found the item in their regular catalog for actually LESS than the ad. However, I liked the item & ordered it anyway. Two days later, I received a US Post Office tracking number. After three weeks, I had not received the item. I asked my Postmaster if she remembered receiving any packages for me (small town). She did not. I checked the USPS tracking info. The Post Office site says that they were notified that there would be a shipment under that tracking number, but that the package has not been received at their shipping center. I then went to notify OpenSky's Customer Service. The phone number has a recording which is a promotional, asking the caller to answer more questions about their household. They offered no way to bypass this questionnaire, which I considered a further invasion of privacy, so I did not complete the call. Then I looked at their customer-service forum--it was full of complaints about the site being a scam. Of course, it has only been three weeks, but if this is an honest mistake or delay, they should have called or emailed.
