Saw a vaction listed on craglist http://kelowna.craigslist.ca/vac/5047892598.html
I sent a replay the owner Coral Promoter. replied with an rsponse of a price of $850 for the rental and a request to send the money to coral promoter. I sent hime the oney ,.He sent back a contract and rental agreement from Department of Vacation Development wit an adress of 1088 Sunset Drive in Kelowna. - Bay wesy vacations property. It all looked great.
Then we also got a ophone number from him , I decided to try to call him . He could not answer my call as the reception was bad? The He stated there was a proble. That the proerty management wanted a 30 more funds to come on our vacation.
This is when I started to look up the compan on line. And I found a complaint on him showing the same contract as the one I received from the man. He signed the contract Wayne Jeff. He also emailed us from another email wayneoflife @ yahoo.com.
I have reported it to local police but they can not do much about it.
This guys 1st complain was 2013 . I there notheing anyone can do he has been ripping people off fro years. No one has stopped him.
Please help I have lost $850 cdn. On this incident. The only vacation money I had.
