Bought my kitchen end of last year. When i man called david came out to price up he said it was solid wood. Not the case. It wasnt put togeather right iv asked for some one to come out and just get no were. You cant get through on phone always just on hold for over hour then get cut off. Its a nightmere. Iv got pic of kitchen and you wouldnt be happy with this . Cubard doors split and screws half missing . Doors not on straight. And bracket for cooker glass keeps falling off so cant use oven. Need some glass brackets desperate but cant get through phone. Dish washer trays have no brackets so dont stay on rollers . Heat frm oven damaging foors around it. Why is this happening. And the fitter as glued one of the draw units togeather and hid away so didnt see it. Tap loose . Its just not good. I will get intouch with trading standards if nothing gets done. I do not want same fitter because hes been bk once and spent a hour trying to solve but as you see not done it. Im not happy paying 2.000 for kitchen and fitter . Iv already got a price frm a joiner he said 200 day and need all the stuff. And then ur fitter said need a gas man to take cooker top out thats why he couldnt mend cubbsrd what he broke. And thats 200 so ur looking a grand in work and then i need a kitchen . I wont except you doin nothing because this kitchen is not up to standards at all and have pic of faults so please inform me what uou plan to do to resolve this for us thanks zoe gardner
