On June 5, 2015, accepted on-line offer for Beauty & Truth ...Wrinkle Rewind and Oxy Genius. Product received 10 days later. On June 22, 2015, there was an unexpected charge on my account for $88.49, for a shipment of product that had not even been received yet. Being on SS, I had just had a SS deposit from which I paid our rent. This unexpected charge resulted in an overdraft charge of $30.
I called the phone # on the bank charge ,877-423-0617. Option to choose #1 or #2 based on the product. I chose #1. The script gave me the option to cancel and then to speak to an operator regarding return. After a 30 minute wait, I hung up, recalled the number and chose #2. Again the script prompted me about cancelling and then gave me the option to keep the package with a reduced price of $28.71, which I chose. Not realizing that there were two separate packages being shipped, one for each product, I chose the reduced prize ... expecting a refund for the difference. Today is July 8, 2015 and there has been no refund and no product received. I am following through with additional calls, speaking with our bank and contacting the Better Business Bureau. I now have a return product address and additional phone number.
