Bedbugs were everywhere! Got into our suitcases. But our miserable host Emma was a nightmare from the beginning. She was illiterate and incapable of conducting herself professionally. She was extremely late to meet us. Forced us to wait with all of the bags and was unapologetic. Then rudely blamed us for her own stupidity. Ironically they told me if I was late that I would be charged 75 pounds.
What a HYPOCRITE! She was truly shocking. A shameful person to deal with. An absolutely terrible stay with this company.
