I was applying online for a US visa as I have done before. I continued with the process started with US government thinking I was still with US government. However it turned out some pirate company popped into my process and hijacked the process, such that on completion of the appliucation, I received a confirmation that my visa had been accepted and I would be receiving my visa shortly. The visa arrived and with it a certificate was issued on screen, with a coloured border and details including a serial number of my visa waiver number. I was charged $170 for this service when I should have been paying $14!
I have chalklen ged them but all I get is confirmation that they advertised their terms and conditions and fact that they were not US gov. I never had any such mailings otherwise I certainly would not have accepted! They give me a ticket no: for my complaint and never answer.I am quite capable of doing it alone as I have done i the past and did not need their services. They hijacked my application and took over. It is not until I got to the check in at the airport that I was made aware that they are scam and I was ripped off. This is a criminal organisation that should be prosecuted and stopped. They prey on bona fide members of the community.
