On Feb 06, 2015 set up a three month inmate calling package for one time only because only needed three months, until April 26. It went under the name U S Jail Calls LLC. The inmate could NEVER USE that package with the telephone number they gave us. When called the number on the form to get a refund, could NEVER TALK to a person, only got a recording Also, I sent an email on Feb 10 to [email protected] and got a reply,"Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently. I can not find a mailing address. Again on May 11, 2015 was another fraudulent charge in our checking account with a different company name using the same telephone number and letters TX.
