Paid them via bitcoins and I told them why I haven't received anything. They told me it was my fault as the merchant didn't send anything and that they didn't receive any money.
Load of bull crap which the seller is scamming. OUt of $400 and no banks or vccs delivered. Avoid this scammer period.
Stick with sites that are actually legitimate like www.aspkin.com/forums and www.auctionessistance.com.

I just got this resolved. OpenVCC actually submitted a refund. Very satisfied with him.
