I'm not 100% dissatisfied. I bought the product and took along time for it to get put on the target phone. When it finally got put on it only showed some SMS. The calls never updated and the GPS didn't work at all. I emailed the company letting them know it would not update. I will say that they responded quickly with suggestions one of which was to uninstall and reinstall. I couldn't get it to delete from the phone. I tried every way. When I couldn't get it to come off I emailed to company again. That was the time I didn't get a response but then all of a sudden texts started coming in here and there. The calls updated only after I complained. But that was only once. Then out of the blue, the GPS started working. Currently all have stopped working. It really would be nice if it would all work at the same time and continue to work. Now I still have the issue of getting it off the target phone. I think it won't matter when it is reinstalled. Guessing it still wont't work.
