My son was setting up his new computer. As he downloaded some apps and I downloaded a virus protection plan. A large pop up came up and said that his computer had multiple viruses and others had hacked into it. It was only a few hours old to him. I called the number provided. The lady was rude, I could hardly understand her, and she basically told me I could get help or the computer would be ruined. I did and I have the slips and emails she sent me. I paid 80.00 and when I questioned going on line my self and purchasing the same program for 50.00, she insisted that I would not have enough protection. I did as she said and she passed me on to someone else. I, again, could not understand, and could hardly hear. After they were "in" his computer, they began "working" on it. They began calling because the computer would not remain on line. From around 6 pm to 1:30 am, we worked and it did not work. I finally reset the entire computer. Now it connects. They have called me over 30 times sine then. I gave them my Discover card!!! I am angry. The phone numbers are Unknown, 888-708-4681, 866-582-7938, One name I got was "Joe" (George Fernades) I spoke to him at 5:21 pm 7/14/2015. Another number was 866-225-9441. I can send the three emails if needed. They have called me two more times since I have been emailing.
