I was looking for something to purchase myself as a reward for getting out of a bad relationship,of 13 years. So I come across this free skin cream with amazing results with shipping costs for both $4.95 a piece. With 30 day to cancel,and it said free sample I expected to get a dab or so to put on one eye area,it was a vey nice size on the Nouvelle product, I ordered these creams July 3,2015 received on the 11th of July anyways on July 16th, I wake up with facial cellulitis a very serious skin infection on my face my eyes were swollen swelling of face let me tell you I ended up at the Emergency Room.The only thing different I told the ER Doctor was this face cream I purchase off the Internet, He took skin scrapings blood culture the normal.Within 30 min a IV with Clindamicine running in me as fast as the dropper would allow ,may I say and a shot of morphine for the pain in my face and neck.He ask if I had the lotions with me and guess what...I did both,he did a culture on both came back positive with a bacteria Syccouisse that's not the correct spelling,but it serious. IV completed and out the ER I go to the pharmacy 90 bucks later go home still in recovery,Yesterday I contacted nouvelle because I saw a 92.75 debited from my account today.I call 1st got California,a very heaving Iranian Indian speaking man telling me there systems are down to call back today so I did and got a girl in Flordia that tells me her system is down,I told her what has happen to me and she told me that why you go to a dermatologist to see if this is right for you,I told her I'm 53 and have never had a pimple in my life I was blessed and now my face looks like ive just got out of a fight with my wall with my face,I was crying and told her thar the Federal Fraud Dept and my Attornies will close there stealing dirty prouduct A@@ down. She took my number and said when the system comes back up sne will call me..Okay right. Ladies please out there that have done this I know how you feel I just hope you don't get a bigger debt like me down the line.My Dr. Told me it can take up to 8 to 24 weeks to recover from this.My skin a littled wrinkle but blemished free is now unrecognized. 866-434-7044 is the number to Nouvelle.
