Purchased the 30 day trial size samples of both over the phone after i was called. Price was suppose to be 3.95 and 4.95 each plus .99 each for handling. I was asked if i wanted to receive this product monthly and i said no i just want to try the sample size.
The next thing i know two charges totally $191 appear on my debit card. When i called the company and asked about it i was told i should have gone to the web site and read full fine print. Even though i had purchased a trial size items the fine print says that if you don't like the product you must return in 14 days to save from being charged an additional amount. The trail size basically i purchased was half the jar . Because i didn't send it back with in 14 days i was being charged the full amount for each 30 day size of each product.
I was never told this on the phone. This company is a scam with many loop holes. The products don't even work like promised.
I was lied to on the phone and never told i should go to the web site to read the fine print.
Hate...these people. Had to cancell debit card to keep from the scam charging more charges on my card.
