I took out several loans with Cash Net USA starting 11/12/11, 2/21/11, 4/04/12, 6/27/13 and 7/23/13 totaling $2,150. They took money directly out of my bank account until I paid back $2,925.59. Now they are saying that they didn't take money out of my account but I have bank statements that tell you who/what the withdraw was for and date. Now for the past 2 years I have been harassed , bullied, and threatened by a company called Advanced Cash Services, ACS, who say that they are the mother loan company in charge of over 500 payday loans with one being Cash Net USA. Every time I get my SS check or pension check this ACs starts with their emails. They have even gone as far as to send me Arrest Warrants emails to tell me to be on the look out for court dates or the police to come arrest me. They threaten to hold my SS/pension, they have called my part time job and family to say I am being charged as a fraud. Now I'm getting a monthly bill from Cash Net USA and they now say they are not associated with ACS. They said that I can call Cash Net USA but no phone number. I have complained to the Federal Trade Commission, MD State's attorney and our Sheriff department but they all laugh it off saying don't pay them. I have paid over $6000 to this ACS plus GreenDot Cards, PayPal Reload it cards and over 600 emails. They send emails I answer them then they send another one that says you are ignoring our contacts. I have gone through 401, money that was to be used for insurance payments, I am broke! This is not right. I need to know if Cash Net USA and ACS are affiliated in anyway but neither one will answer my questions.
